Based on the specific needs, we will mock up a detailed design for the custom denim bag, including measurements, material specifications, and any unique features or embellishments. The design is shared with the client for approval, and any necessary revisions are made.

Once the design is finalized, you need to select the denim fabric and any other accessories that will be used in the bag’s construction, such as lining, zippers, and hardware. We will provide samples or recommendations based on the preferences and budget.

Then we will create a sample or prototype of the bag before proceeding with the full production. 

Client thoroughly review the sample and provide feedback or request any changes if necessary. This ensures that the final product meets the customer’s expectations and specifications.

Once the sample is approved, we will proceed with the full production of the bag, which is made to the your exact specifications, with attention to detail and quality.

Using water, detergent, and other techniques to achieve the desired faded or distressed look on the denim material. It’s important to note that the washing process can also affect the overall durability and longevity of the bag.

The bag is inspected at various stages of production to ensure that it meets the requirements and quality standards.  We also conduct a final inspection before shipping.

The completed bag is packaged and shipped, with tracking information provided for convenience. We will follow up with you to ensure that they are satisfied with the product and address any issues that may arise.
